Common sense and reason should prevail and residents will generally be tolerant.

Given the high density living and ease of sound transference, parties, heavy metal and other noisy happenings after 11pm are not permitted.

If you are planning a big gathering you may wish to notify your neighbours and please tone it down if you are asked to.
