Burglaries and break-ins are rare, but they do happen from time to time. So feel free to ask strangers who it is they wish to see.

And please spread the word around if you notice people about who have no known links to the complex. Don't hesitate to let your neighbour and the police know of anything odd.

If your property is to be left empty for some time, leave the key with a friend or neighbour and arrange for the mail to be picked up regularly and the property inspected at least monthly.
